Managing Partner & Head of Litigations

A graduate of the University of Ilorin and the Nigerian Law School, Prince Ademola Oyedokun was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. His legal career began with a tenure at the Federal Ministry of Justice, providing him with invaluable insight into governmental legal procedures. He founded Ademolaw - Toye Law Firm in 2005 with a vision for a client-centered practice built on integrity.

As the Managing Partner and Head of Litigations, Prince Oyedokun provides strategic direction for the firm and is a passionate advocate in the courtroom. His leadership is characterized by a deep commitment to justice and a hands-on approach to every case he oversees. Beyond his legal practice, he is an engaged civic-minded individual with a focus on human rights.

Morakinyo Olasupo, Esq., LL.M

Principal Partner & Head of Corporate Services

Morakinyo Olasupo is a highly resourceful legal practitioner with a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom, where he was awarded the NTU Excellence Scholarship. He possesses cognate experience in litigation, having argued cases before the Court of Appeal, and brings a sophisticated skill set to corporate and commercial law.

His expertise is vast, encompassing Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Capital Markets, Mergers, and Acquisitions. He is an excellent researcher and a dynamic team player who has drafted and reviewed a wide array of complex commercial agreements. His practice is further focused on technology law, maritime, and constitutional law, making him a versatile asset to our clients.

Dr. Khairat O. Akanbi (Ph.D), MCIARB(UK)

Dr. Akanbi brings a profound academic and practical depth to our corporate services. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Law at the University of Ilorin. Her research interests and expert advisory focus are in Company Law, Arbitration, and Labour Law.

Head, Solicitors Department

A graduate of the University of Ilorin and the Nigerian Law School, Mr. Atotileto brings a wealth of experience in solicitors' work. He excels in legal drafting, document perfection, conducting searches, and managing intricate legal processes. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that all non-contentious legal matters are handled with precision and efficiency.

Abidemi S. Raheem

Administrative/Litigation Secretary

Abidemi S. Raheem, A’ Level [Econ.], B.Sc., Cert. Data Processing, MBA, serves as the Administrative and Litigation Secretary of the firm, overseeing the day-to-day administration of the company.

She is responsible for maintaining records and files, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Upon the launch of the firm’s website, she will also assume the role of Site Administrator.

Abidemi obtained all her degrees from the University of Ilorin, except for her A’ Level qualification, which she earned from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in the year 2000.
